For nearly fifty years, the Wichita Jazz Festival has been dedicated to fostering great jazz in Wichita and supporting the next generation of Kansas jazz musicians.

Our concerts, educational programs, and annual Festival bring some of the greatest names in jazz to Wichita, giving young players the opportunity to work with professional musicians to foster America’s finest musical tradition right here in our hometown.
