The Kansas Chapter is vibrant and active, with members engaged in many of the opportunities and activities offered by the Sierra Club, including outings, general meetings, political activism, and a variety of social and educational activities.

    The Lake Afton Public Observatory was created in 1979 through the cooperation of WSU, the City of Wichita, and Sedgwick County.

      Make-A-Wish® Missouri & Kansas serves every community throughout Missouri and Kansas. Since 1983, we have granted over 8,800 wishes to date, including 433 this past year.

        Mark Arts offers instruction for adults, teens and children in painting, drawing, culinary arts, ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, enameling, jewelry and more. Gallery admission is always free with various exhibitions on rotation year-round.

          Old Cowtown Museum is a mixture of historic buildings and artifacts representing 1870s life. Cowtown is a City of Wichita-managed facility.
